“ Stopped by Honest Coffee Roasters for a cortado and breakfast biscuit sandwich. Sandwich was tasty, if a bit dry, and the cortado was decent albeit slightly under-extracted. Service was friendly and quick, even when busy. Atmosphere is inviting with plenty of natural light, creating a vibrant local vibe. Prices are slightly high but reasonable for the quality. Overall, it’s a a solid spot; the coffee is consistent, space is welcoming, and staff clearly cares. Not mine blowing, but definitely worthy of a strong 4-stars. Good place to hang out or grab a quick breakfast downtown. ”
